Shipping Rates

We offer worldwide shipping, with rates determined by package weight for both domestic and international orders. International shipments may incur duties and taxes. Customers in select countries can prepay these fees at checkout. If prepayment isn’t available or chosen, duties and taxes may be due upon arrival, which is beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders ship next business day. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 2-5 business days, while international shipments may take an additional 10-15 days.* We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Return Policy

As our bags are produced in limited quantities, all sales are final. While we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges, we want to make sure your order arrives just as expected.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help make things right.

Bot Policy

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Orders suspected of being placed using bots or automated checkout links may be automatically canceled. For best access, please shop directly from our homepage during new releases.
